Small Mortgage

Some time ago I read that a building society officially classed a mortgage of £30,000 or lower as a small mortgage.
Just wondered if that has changed and if so what is it now ?,as it's always been a bit of a goal of mine (and I imagine, lots of others !)
to have an official "small mortgage ".

Define "Small".
To someone on £1m a year, £300k might be "small".
To someone on £8k a year, £5k might be "small".
Its not really a term used to define a mortgage.0 -
Understand exactly what you mean minimike2 it is relative.
What I was referring to was the building society definition of a small mortgage.
I just remember reading they classed sub 30k as small ,maybe I misread it.Space available for rent0
