mercers debt address

ive had my barclaycard debt passed to mercers after paying them 1.00 amonth on advice of the cAB,they have rang me at 8am to ask for 5.00 but cab have said not to do this and to write back with atemplate letter i have from them,does anyone have their address and has anyone actually had an amount lower than 5.00 accepted,need address asap as need to get letter to them within 5 days
