Description of “Eagle Eye Mission” prize

1. The winner and their guest will receive four nights of accommodation with breakfast included. All other costs or incidentals, including but not restricted to, mini bar charges, restaurant or bar charges and leisure activities shall be met by the winner and/or their guest.
2. Return flights (from a pre-allocated major city airport) to and from the winner’s territory will be included.
3. Any travel expenses to and from the pre-allocated airport will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and shall not be payable by the Promoter or the Organiser.
4. A total of USD $200 spending money will be provided to help cover expenses.
5. There are three potential departure dates: 16 April 2009, 15 May 2009 or 18 June 2009. The winner and their guest must be available to travel on one of these days in order to redeem the prize.
6. The winner will be sent a detailed participation pack specifying what they and their guest will need to bring for the Eagle Eye Mission, and specifying further conditions of participation.
7. The winner and their guest will be required to sign the Organiser’s Terms and Conditions and must also comply with the Promoter’s and/or the Organiser’s instructions about the prize, such as how to conduct themselves while participating in the prize.
8. The winner and their guest must each provide their name (as it appears on their passport), email address, postal address, telephone number and date of birth.
9. To engage in some of the associated activities for the prize, participants must be over 21. In some situations, weight restrictions may also apply. If the winner and their guest cannot participate in activities due to restrictions imposed by the Organiser, an alternative activity of the same value will be offered.
10. The winner and their guest must not have a criminal record.
11. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents to enable them to travel to Chicago, USA (including valid passports, visas (with no restrictions) and travel insurance).
12. The winner’s and their guest’s passports must be valid for at least a 6 month period from the date of travel. The winner and their guest are advised to obtain their own travel insurance.
13. The winner and/or their guest are required to travel with a credit card sufficient to cover any hotel and car incidentals.
14. Neither the Promoter nor any third party agencies involved shall be liable for any injury sustained during the trip or its associated activities.
15. The Organiser requires a minimum of six weeks’ notice prior to travel.
16. Activities are subject to availability and may be replaced by the Organiser with activities of an equal value.
17. There is no cash alternative to this prize.

To be honest, after quickly looking at the comp and getting the weirdy confirmation phone call, I forgot to come back and put in the t&cs!

The organizers seem to have gone through a fair bit of effort, so thumbs up to them.
