Failed for me too but this is the correct address accordingly to the web site.
The company website includes a 'Meet the Team' page which includes a Barbara Sutton, Editorial Assistant, see http://www.archanthertsandcambs.co.uk/content/corporate/papers/cambstimes/team.aspx
