Ruthbridge???

Hi, it's me again, made a few posts regardi 3G and Lorence (whatever the spelling) - how they are trying to get me to pay some debt that I know nothing about.

NOW, however, is my Fathers turn. - He has received a letter from RUTHRIDGE Limited saying:

We note that you have failed to respond to mail directed to you.

YOU HAVE BEEN TRACED AS LIVING AT THE ADDRESS STATED ABOVE. PLEASE CONTACT OUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY ON
020...................

If you have not establihed contact with this department within the net five days, our legal agent will call between the ours of:
....................................

Now, they are saying that my father has 'failed to respond to mail directed to you' - my father has NOT received any letters from them before, this is the first and only letter from them.

Another thing is, he has a debt, he borrowed quiet a bit of money, from a few bank, a big loan some years ago, and having difficulty repaying it, he has merged the two debts into one with some other company and is repaying it slowly. He is STILL in the process of reppaying it and hasn't missed a payment.

Who the hell are these people? What do they want? Is this another Lawence an 3G scam?


Anyone been in a simlar situation? What should we do?
