Hmm RCB the T's & C's have the end date as:
4. Closing date for entries is 31st January 2009.
Maybe they extended it as it took us so long to get the answer:rotfl:?

I think it may have been extended. I clicked the link in the OP and it took me to the Victoria Centre Nottingham website. From the competition page the T&Cs say this:
Terms and conditions:
1. The prize is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over except for employees and immediate families of CSC.
2. Only one entry per person and one one £500 shopping spree prize.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Closing date for entries is 31st January 2009.
5. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
6. CSC reserves the right to change the specification of the prize in unforeseen circumstances.
7. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the draw.
8. Final decision by CSC.
9. The winner's name and photograph may be used in post promotional activity.
10. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. Winner's name and county is available 28 days after closing date. Send an SAE marked 'Gok Wan Results' - Marketing Department to Centre Managers Office, 222 Victoria Centre, Nottingham, NG1 3QN.
