            Denham resigned over Iraq.
I'm pretty sure he's a career politician that is he's never had a proper job outside politics, pressure groups and think tanks.
In other words he's another clueless windbag who has no idea about life.
And according to theyworkforyou.com he claimed £140k in expenses last year. I think I claimed about £500. I'm rubbish at submitting expenses claims.0 -

Well I claimed £650 in August and £540 in September, still a rank amateur though compared to these guys0 -
Denham is obviously being 'pre-loaded' as we speak with the usual government drivel,
It started in America
We have taken decisive action
blah blah blah......
as we speak he's probably rocking back and forth in a corner crying - question time is not filmed live, they do it at about 6pm.0 -

I claimed 36,000 last year, but then all i get is an allowance and not a salary, so I couldn't survive if I did not claim !!!It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0 -

Shame. That means it'd have been on the news if he'd been lynched.
According to Wikipedia he started life as a Trotskyite student. Now where's my ice pick?0 -

Yes, he did say that, but every subsequent point has invariably gone back to the economy, more or less putting paid to his efforts to move away from it.It's always the grass that suffers, irrespective of whether the elephants are fighting or making love !!!0
