Egg CC charges

I had debts of £12000 which now stand at just under £7000. The debt is made up of 2 loans and one credit card with egg. its a struggle but mangeable apart from the egg card and I am desperate to get this under control. Egg have charged me several times in recent month for late payment and direect debit retrys at £16 a go. These charges have put me over my limit and they have then charged me again. I have also just found out today that egg have been charging me for repayment protection insurance fees for the last 5 yrs and I had no idea I had been paying this or that I had agreed to it, its £14.99 a month. Can this be reclaimed like loan insurance? I am mad with myself that I didnt even know about it and have been paying it:eek:
