I have not read your whole thread(will do now:o ) but it is far better to up things which you know the OR will allow thn to put things in which he can dissallow at his discretion. Even by juggling things you are still in deficit each month
. Off to catch up on the rest of your thread sorry.Dx Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

if you are going to loose the house I would find out how much rent is in the area you want to go for a suitable property then take off the mortgage and Sec, Loan and add the rent. That may well balance things out a bit more and reduce your deficit (dependant on whether your keeping the house or not)."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

If you are going to give the house up,then as shadow says you need to find out rental costs for you area. Also if the house is going then so will the secured loan which will make a big difference to our outgoings So there arethings that need increasing like clothes and H/K.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

If you are going to give up the house then STOP making any payments to the mortgage, SL and any other debts (carry on payiny essentials like council tax, utilities etc.) Save the money for your rental and BR fees. Move into rental, go BR and then vol repo the house.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
