I have signed up for a catalogue called choice, the thing is though they have sent me the items before actually sending the contract that i have to sign to say i have to pay. Have they done something wrong here and do i have to pay for items?

The rules changed in April 2007. No need now for a signed agreement.
If you ordered the items you are liable for the payments.0
