    1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Airmiles and Lloyds TSB, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
    2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    3. Entries must be submitted via https://www.telegraph.co.uk/airmiles and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Airmiles New York Winner, Telegraph Create, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between October 22 and November 21, 2008.
    4. All entries must be received by midnight on Wednesday, October 15, 2008.
    5. The winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the winner or if the winner is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication.
    7. One entrant will win a five-night holiday for two to New York. Staying at the Waldorf Astoria in a standard twin or double room on a room only basis, the prize includes return economy class flights from London.
    The prize does not include food and drink], travel insurance, transfers to and from the hotel, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
    8. Travel must be booked at least 28 days before departure and all travel must be completed by June 30, 2009. The prize is not valid for travel over Christmas and New Year, or Easter, school or bank holidays. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
    10. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
    11. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Airmiles.

    I never log out and no one has ever told me they have seen my details.I don't lof out because when i did because of this before and people saying it i couldn't log back in again
