advice needed on claiming back mortgage arrears charges is this possible
just like bank charges and credit card charges

please advice someone

I don't think you're going to have a lot of luck with that one! Default charges would have been written into your mortgage offer document. Realistically, you broke your contract so you have a penalty to pay and of course it will be logged on yr credit file for 6yrs, which can prove more painful than paying default charges
