Can't wait to hear what Kirsty has to say, I'd like to hear this stuff 'straight from the horse's mouth', so to speakCurrent consensus seems to be that there will not be a turnaround in the market until well into 2010 and we would agree with this. We would also add that risks surrounding the housing market have increased over the last few weeks. This is partly due to what will now be a continuing paralysis throughout the mortgage market.

Every pound less borrowed (to buy a house) is more than two pounds less to repay and more than three pounds less to earn, over the course of a typical mortgage.

I couldn't even read anymore after this;
''Not one of the major housing market commentator’s fore sore these events ''
This killed any love I had simply for the bad grammar.0 -
Kirsty says its stamp duty, I think she said if the government raises the threshold to 250k everything will be dandy. Well done Kirsty goto the corner of the room with a big cone shaped hat with a D on it0

When's the last time anyone actually saw Kirsty? I reckon the two of them had a barney and Phil did her in and buried her under the patio0

Without doubt this is the most smackable face in Great Britain.0 -
I imagine it will be something along the lines of knocking walls down to add value. That's all she ever seemed to say.
That's very unfair. She also thought that getting rid of Stamp Duty was the magic pill....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
