Does anyone have a proforma letter to send out to the credit card companies to complain.
Husband is being hounded at work by phone calls from MBNA we don't have any thing to give to them but they don't seem to get it. He is so embarressed he works in an open plan office and all around him can hear the calls...
As well as template is there any advice I can pass on to him on how to handle this.
Thankyou

He should just tell them that all communication should be in writing and hang up on them. There is a letter here you can use - it may take a little while for them to get the message but the harrassment should stop after they get the letter. Especially at work.
