Just wanted to warn people not to use this company to recycle your ink cartridges. I sent my cartridged in, as per their website in April and I am still waiting for the money. It is only £15.50, but it is the principal of the matter. I sent them in in good faith, but I must have spent at least £15.50 if not more on telephone calls and letters.
I have had no response to my letters asking for either my money or the return of my cartridges.
I telephone a couple of times a week at the moment and am promised cheques, but nothing arrives.
They are obviously fobbing me off.

My next step is Trading Standards. Anyone else have any advice about how to get my money or my cartridges back?

This website is run by a company called Printcartridgedirect, please avoid using them - they are obvioulsy Charlatans!

Hi there, seems i'm not the only one to suffer at the hands of these scammers. Having the same problems myself. Sent around £70 worth of cartridges back in early December and despite many phone calls & emails nothing!! Is anyone else having these problems?

glad I didnt send any to them or any other company. I always send my cartridges (over a period of approx. every 3 months - qty 20/30 cartridges) to Marie Curie Cancer Care via Tesco envelopes.

The least I could do on my part on Charity side.
