what digital camcorder to go for ? Plsssss advice..tired of looking around..

can anyone or everyone pls advice me what sort of digital camcorder should i go for ? what confuses me is :
- the resolution
- pixels
- mini-dv

i dont know what all this means ? what i am looking for is :

1. A digital camcorder which should give output the same as any DVD film when watched on tv ?
2. a camcorder which will record atleast 30 minutes of video
3. which will record videos on either a MMC card or SD card or a mini disc
4. which has a rechargale battery

my budget is now more..i know i am asking the world for cheap but my budget is just around £70-100..but i may be lucky...
pls advice someone...thank you
