Hello Everyone,
My partner and I have been accepted on the MyChoice Homebuy scheme and for the amount we would like to spend, will end up with an equity loan of around £20k.
We are planning on putting some money away every month for a period of about 5 years, which will hopefully cover the equity loan. It will go up as I am sure house prices will start to rise within 5 years, therefore we need to end up with around £25k.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to do this where we would see a good return on our money? We are planning on putting away £200 a month, £300 if we can afford it.
Thank you for your help
Helen

Hi i have just seen the MyChoiceHomebuy online and wondered how it works? Can you pick any property? My husband and I are finding it very hard to get onto the property ladder.0
