Yes lelika it is exactly 2x a4 according to ISO paper sizes. Unfortunately I don't have A3 printer so I won't answer your first question

Quite cheap and with free delivery, but how does that paypal work? I heard it is not safe to store your card details on the internet. I wouldn't risk my money to get a £1.99 calendar.
