Hi,
I am coming to end of fixed rate at end of jan 09 , I would like to get on another fixed rate as have 75% LTV and looking for mortage of 140k over 22 yrs . Not sure whether to go fixed or not , got a tracker arranged through advisor for 5.24% at moment (0.74% abobe base rate).
Any ideas on best fixed rate ? Also shall i do 5yr or 2yr fixed

Fixed rates will currently be higher than that - or at least those with resonable fees
