Have to say, I'm a bit perplexed why they're doing it though. I could understand (but not agree with) them sending you nasty letters if you were in arrears, or your payments were all over the place. But if you're making a regular payment, on a set date, for an agreed amount - what more do they want?
I wonder if they could be done for harrassment of a debtor for their constant letters - maybe worth checking with CCCS or CLS.
Not heard of 1st Credit myself - but I'm sure someone on here has! Have you searched for "1st Credit" using the search engine - might find something of use.
