I am doing my nan an 'old fashioned brands' hamper - all the stuff that she loves....
....she used to love OK Fruity Sauce - but i can't find it anywhere!! (apart from an online shop - one bottle plus postage £9 .... would pay it for my nan if i had the money - but i don't!!) anyone got any ideas where i could find any?
Thanks

I bring you good news..... they stopped selling OK sauce quite a few years ago..... but to my amazement I found it in the most unlikely of places.
Wing Yip - in case you dont know - its a supermarket for all things Asian - its a fantasic place.
Low & behold the much coveted OK sauce available - if you dont live anywhere near one PM me and maybe we can sort something out for your Nan.... & I promise it will not be £9 plus postage - or anywhere near thatWhat goes around comes around !! Simple but very true :rotfl:0 -
UPDATE - THANK YOU SO MUCH - I got two bottles for a whole 95p each!!! i thought i would try one too but although i like it i can't see why my nan goes on about it but hey if it makes her happy i am very happy.
Oh will go an have a look tomorrow - we don't have that brand of Asian supermarket but do have lots!!
I would never thought of looking there in a zillion years

misfire - it was a pleasure to help. Try the sauce with shepherds pie - oh and it makes a really tasty addition to a corned beef sandwich.
Wish you and your Nan well! What goes around comes around !! Simple but very true :rotfl:0
