I'm waiting on a reply from abuse. They did ask me if any personal details were in the original thread but as far as I know there was not. Even if someone had posted there own contact details i think that particular post should be deleted not the whole thread! Of course it doesn't really matter now as a winner was chosen but it's still annoying that it vanished!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to anyone nominating me for post of the month but I don't think I am eligible since the post was deleted.

Just got back in - what a right palava - I think sometimes the "powers that be" forget that this is a community board and if someone decides to do something nice then it should be taken in that context and not just removed because they see fit.

what a shame the thread was deleted in the first place. when we started the facebook mse compers group someone started a discussion over there about swaps and how we werent meant to swap etc on MSE and how we could maybe do it over on facebook, maybe worth a thought as with facebook you only have to accept friend requests from people you either know or are regular posters or who you want to etc
