Pink faux fur blankets?!?

Our youngest is very into sleeping with fluffy blankets, we have one ... ugly looking thing IMO which the OH thought was a bargain  although, it is very very comfy ... Now, this thing is king size, and our poor little 2 year old drags this thing EVERYWHERE ..... I have been trying to find one that is very soft and fluffy and pink ... in a single size that doesn't costs too much!

Any idea where to look .... went to woolworths but they only had shades of brown, beige or black/grey in. It needs to be very warm, easy to wash and bounce back to fluffy gloriness too and not go all mancky after a few washes.

Thanks in advance.
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....

How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!

I thunk I've made you think for a minute!

I dont know if this is what you are looking for. I have 1 & its absolutely fantastic. It opens out flat as a normal blanket. I'm sure you can get them at other places (mine was from kiddicare over 2 years ago when my youngest was born) Its washed fantastic & she still uses it daily.

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

Looked on woolies online ... seems I can get 2 for £30 plus P&P! May see if they can deliver to a local store ;)

I'm going down to my local Morrisons later, much later but I'll have a look for you. In the past in there I have only seen boring browns and beige icon11.gif

  • Argos do one - I was very tempted - only problem is that of course it is dry clean only and I know our cats are not going to be able to resist it - so I am looking for something similar but washable.

So sorry - just read your post properly and realised you also are looking for a washable one. Has anyone out there washed one like this more than a few times?? Does it go all 'orrible?

we've washed the one he have countless times .... one side is still ok ... but the other side is still super soft and fluffy ... my fav side!!

I didn't realise that they were available in 'dry clean' only  how daft is that .... I mean, with a blanket, you'd be at the dry cleaners every week, might as well take out shares

Going to check the Woolworths one out .... could get 2 for just under £30. I rang the store and they said that they could order products to be sent to your home ... don't think the girl quite understood my point ... was hoping that they would deliver to the store so I save the P&P costs :o ... well, hey .... if I were to get just one blanket .... P&P comes up to a 1/3 of the total cost!!
