Think I've spelt it right.. the mortgage people cccs recommend - I'm struggling to get hold of them their line keeps telling me 'how important I am' and they won't be long but, 50 mins on the phone at 8.30 and 55 mins tonight? OH said they took down our phone number and gave him a time when they would get back to us - they didn't. Anyone any ideas?

I phoned these up at about 4pm today and got straight through.
I got there number from CCCS as well as my morg deal ends and I am on a DMP and was told they should be able to offer me something - my current morg going up to 7.70% which will be an extra £70pm:eek:

anyway they were quite quick went through my dets etc and said would e mail me -which they did with a fab 5.39% ..... but then as the call went on said they would have to get back to lender to see if they could still offer it me when I had mentioned all way through call CCCS had refered me, was then told couldnt offer me anything:mad: :mad: :mad:

gonna have totry ring cccs again tomorrow:mad:

oh, no sorry to hear that wannawin13. Fingers crossed let us know how you get on. CCCS also told us to contact them, did u get their (free phone) number of the cccs website as we keep trying that number and still no luck?
