I would suggest people dont go for direct line insurance, we had a very diffucult claim, direct line is playing tricks with people when you make your claim

I have been with Direct line had a no fault claim and they handled it very well.
Would certainly recomend them.

I received mine today and I nearly chucked it in the bin because it looked like one of their junk mailings. Good job nosiness got the better of me:D

We had a pipe leak into our living room ceiling, I had to have the room redecorated and Direct Line paid up in full.
