help employer wont pay me

:mad: i left my job 5 weeks ago and on fridayit was pay day i got my wadge slipalong with my p45 but on pay day i didnt get anything i have spoken to them and they have said i have taken to many hloidays so they have taken all my wadges off me but surly i should get my week in hand back. what would you all do (sorry this is my first post so sorry if it is in the wrong place) zoe

Feb wins: waitrose cheese plate £15??,champneys mum 2 be spa day worth £135

    What would i do ?

    I`d check the wage slip to see what the amount to be paid actually said

    I would then check how many days off i was entitled to in a year , then i would work out how many i actually took versus the amount of time at the job

    Then i would come back on here and ask again if it doesnt add up

    my wage slip says holidays earnt 5 days holidays taken 1 day my pay was £315 zoe
