Hi all.
Just been having a brief nosey through a few threads here. I'm not sure if this has been asked before so apologies if so. Can anyone give me advice on where to get a mortgage deal that allows you to make extra payments (with no limits either on frequency or amount) of your mortgage without penalties. The mortgage I currently have is a variable reduced rate mortgage with the Progressive Building Society (based in N Ireland.) Would be grateful for any help - thanks.

By the way - forgot to mention that there is no exit fee on the above if this helps.0

You'd be better off asking on the mortgage board, there are quite a few out there, but it will all depend on your circumstances, what your LTV is how much you earn etc.
Good luck0 -
