Where do I stand?? Advice needed!

Afternoon guys!
I booked a stripper on Friday for a friends 30th Birthday party on the Saturday.
The agency told me I was required to pay £25 over the phone (by card) and then a cash payment to the girl on the night.
I checked my bank balance this morning and the company 'Beechline Ltd', has charged me £32.27. When I called them to bring this to their attention, they informed me that £4.27 is VAT and the other £3 is a charge because I paid by card, how else was I supposed to pay??
My issue is that I was not told about the VAT or handling fee when I made the poayment, where do I stand with regards to getting the £7.27 back?

Errm...you could try and get away with deducting it from the girl's money on the night - perhaps she'll only expose one b00b then!

Seems this company just done the same to me, didyou have a good experiance with the show as I now see they were on watchdog in 2005.0
