Game.co.uk - Online and store

Ok, recently my sister bought me a game I already had from game.co.uk (online). No problem she said, ill take it back to the local store,to which she gained a £20 gift voucher. Brilliant!
I have come to use it and I cannot redeem them online. Apparently they are store only. So I rang my local store and told them about this and asked them how much the game I wanted was in the local store. It was £5 more expensive.
So I rang customer services to ask why, (by the way it is nearly impossible to get a freephone number for game.co.uk customer services - 10p per minute (Instead ring this: 01256 784024) and she explained that it is cheaper to sell games online than in stores.
So in effect I can either pay the full £30 online or I can pay £15 + £20gift voucher in the local store. Surely this is against my rights. It is the same company how can they get away with this?

You chose to return it to the store and not Game.co.uk they didnt tell or make you do it so therefore it was your decision and you have to abide by the T&C's laid out.0
