cheapest btl 10 year fix

Had 5.99% fixed for 10 years booked last week and before i could pay for valuation it got pulled!!!!

Any others that someone can put me onto? Lower fee's the better.

    10 years is a long time to tie yourself into with BTL rates the way they are at the moment .......unless you have a particular reason for doing this.

    yeh not paying fee's every two years! Not paying my broker every 2 years!

    If it's cheap enough (happy at 6%)

    Itll be paid off within 10 years.

    Ah so have a repayment (capital & interest) on a BTL... be aware of yr tax liabilities then........Does yr current lender not have a product transfer product to offer you or have they gone out of the market! If they have a product to offer you that would be better as u'd save on valuation & legals.......Remember nothing for nothing, if u go for free legals & valuation and no arrangement fee or low arrangement fee the interest rate will be higher and vice versa.....
