I had a problem with mine - I signed up but the page wouldn't load for 'stage 2' of the sign up where they ask you further questions (probably all the MSE'rs signing up have crashed the site!! :rotfl: )

I've had email confirmation but now can't get back into it using my login details!

Have emailed their helpdesk so hope I get a reply!!
