HSBC lifetime tracker now 75% LTV - query

Hi guys,

I presume im ok, as my remortgage is going through - eg had the offer document, returned it, had confirmation that valuation was ok (at 90% ltv LAST WEEK) now after just checking HSBC's site, the offer is now only on for 75% LTV people.

Ive had to sign a deeds document, a buildings insurance declaration and a survey which i sent back to HSBC's solictors, and waiting to hear from them.

Now, am i very lucky? or could i get stung on this???
