I cant i'm afraid, but i do know that upvc doors tend to be a bit of a security threat as far as burglars go. One think i would recommend is making sure your doors are fitted with 'snap-safe' lock barrels, they are not much more money than normal barrels and most places will stock them.0

I recently bought some from ebay.... there are second hand ones, nearly new ones and brand-new ones from decent companies.
If you are reasonably handy then you can put them in yourself with some frame fixers (these are essentially big long screws with their own Rawlplug).
All you do is get some the right size, whack the frame fixers into the brick and then put silicone around the outer edge of the frame to seal them in place and stop drafts. If they are a bit small then you can buy 'frame extenders' from B&Q that basically cover the gap...and then silicone again.
However if you are not handy then any 'handyman' in your local ads would be able to do it for you, its really not a hard job.
Dont worry too much about security, if a thief wants in they will find a way and there is no real reason that a set of patio doors is gonna make that more likely.0 -
Hi,
I used Castle Windows on Newark Road in Lincoln. It's a small firm, good prices and great service. I don't know the number off hand but its on bt.com, Grahams the name of the bloke who runs it, he comes out himself to give you a quote and there's no pressure to buy. hi all, does anyone know/recommend a good, reliable company in the Lincoln/Sleaford/Grantham area that sells and fits UPVC patio doors?
Hi,
I'm quite late here but I would like to recommend ConservatoryOutlet as one of the best uPVC patio doors in UK.0 -
LincsPVC Ltd 01472 811853, from slightly further north but they may be willing to travel.0
