there was a big spider on the door frame, thought id leave him but went to check he was still there and he has vanished:eek: i dont like not knowing where they have gone, could be on the carpet or crawling on me *shivers*

i have a fear of spiders in case you all think im mad:rotfl:

I'm the same, I hate them so much. I don't mind money spiders but anything bigger than that I shout my oh! He just gets hold of them with his hand and puts them out the door! :eek: He's not that macho though - he's scared stiff of mice and rats! :rotfl:

mice i can handle, i really hate spiders:eek: any size creeps me out, i was really panicking before i went to florida last year, wasnt worried about the gators, it was the spiders that can kill you that was really getting to me! didnt see any though:D *phew*

i keep looking over my shoulder here, cant relax!!

:rotfl: :rotfl: When we lived in oz the spiders didn't really bother me too much, even down with the horses. One thing you did have to do though every time you wanted to sit out was to check each chair and the table for redbacks cos thats where they like to hide. If you sat on the chair and there was one underneath it would come and bite you on the bum! The you would be very ill! :eek: :rotfl:

the thing that set me off about the spiders in florida, was an article in a mag about a bloke that got bit by a black widow spider, he was very ill and was lucky to be alive, he was bitten while he was on holiday in kissimee, orlando at a villa, which is where we were staying:eek: think it was while he was sitting next to the swimming pool
