Some store have the old price but it scans at the reduced price as these are discontinued.

Yes - Archos are one of the better MP4 manufacturers - there a real company like Creative rather just a rebadge name sourcing products from the cheapest Chinese factories.

I am desperately after the Archos 605 40Gb for my boyfriend for Christmas.
Online the price is £149.97 which is stil cheaper than other stores, but lots of you on here are talking about it being half price, does it scan up cheaper than this?
I have reserved on and will be travelling to Birmingham to collect, you do not have to pay until collection so would love somebodies help before Sunday please!

I believe some of the Mp3 player prices have been raised. I know that the touch-screen 4gb that was 29.97 is up to 49.97.

The Currys near me seem to have put the prices back up, but PC world are still running with a fair reduction @ £99.97

which store as I went to most and none had stock even though it was showing - call them first

Good spot tim-js... there's also the wi-fi version available in-store for £129.97 if you're lucky.
