Hi there
I'm sorry I cant help very much with your actual question so I just wanted to *bump* this back up the board as it seems to be slipping further down.
There is a thread on here that deals with lots in relation to CCA requests and "what to do next" but at the moment I cant seem to find it, sorry!
If I manage to find it I will come back and post in on here for you to have a look through.
Best of luck

don't have a lot of experience but I don't think that reply counts or would stand up in court. I think it is just rubbish to try and put you off and make you pay up as they don't have a leg to stand on. Stay positive and I am sure one of the experts will be along shortly to advise.Making my money go further with MSE :j

They have 12+2 working days to provide you with a copy or the debt is unenforcabletoday (6th oct) i got a letter from littlewoods saying

yes... which still means the debt is unenforcablebut for your information we enclose a copy of the current agreement which applied to this type of account. this version includes all contractual variations which have taken place.
How nice, very pretty. That has nothing to do with you providing an enforced copy of the CCA.according to our records the account was opened on 20/09/2004.
Great - so the changes for agreement made from April 2007 don't apply. Good to knowyou agreed to make payments every 28 days.
Which in no way alters the fact that you haven't provided a copy of the CCA with all the prescribed terms. Meaning that the debt is unenforcable and no further payment need be made after the 12+2 working days have passed.
Right, you applied for the CCA - did you send the £1 payment with the request? (Was the letter sent by recorded delivery?)please can any one tell me where i go from hear im pretty clueless now any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks

After 12+2 days, you need no longer make payments as the debt is currently unenforcable. You can send Debt Managers Ltd the 12+2 day letter.
