i have just recieved an email to say beacon have now issued our mortgage offer and it should be with us shortly.
can i be excited yet!!!

    i am so pleased i have recieved my mortgage offer it is signed and back in the post.
    i will let you know when i have a completion date!!
    hold on to the fireworks idea as im not getting carried away untill it has completed!!
    reading the post "mortgage withdrawn on day of completion" makes me very nervous.
