I like this place but currently my max is £240k,surely it'll drop to £140k eventually?

    Well its already lost 9.6% in 4 months, so is another 40% over a couple of years totally impossible?

    £310K in June, so £155K after a couple of summers? Who knows. When the owners are getting fed up and facing their THIRD Christmas in a house they no longer wish to be in...

    Remind us to check, then.

    I don't know the area, but it looks quite a nice house. I don't think it will be remain unsold once it dips below the 250 Stamp Duty threshold.

    And still chucking every spare penny into it!

    if you use these figures in Nationwides website the house should now be worth £258K
