Creative Zen Nano Plus 1GB MP3 Player £49

It wasn't a misprice, it was a special promotion.

The promotion has ended now which is why the price has increased again. Several other models were also included in the promotion.

The Zen Nano 1gb MP3 player was advertised in the Daily Mail on 3rd December at £49.99.
I waited for the Wigan store to open , ran straight in, punched in the catalogue number into the stock checker and guess what? Yeh NO STOCK!!
Went straight to nearest out of town store, and again NO STOCK!
Came home and spent a full thirty minutes trying stores in every area of the country-
same story at EVERY one.
I was amazed to read in this forum that someone had managed to get their hands on TWO of them.
Perhaps this was the only Argos store in the whole of Britain that had stock, thereby allowing them to place a full page National newspaper advertisement.
I will never trust an Argos Advert again!
Just a cheap scam in my opinion.

I managed to reserve and successfully pick one up at the Bolton Middlebrook store. I think I got the last one as I tried again for another and it said it was out of stock!

I managed to reserve and pick one up from Leicester. They had to get it out of the display cabinet, so I assumed it was an end of line. White wouldn't have been my colour of choice, but it's a fantastic piece of kit.

Managed to get three online when the deal was on.but the stores did,nt seem to have them.
