Just been sent this by my ISP advertising M + S Christmas online shopping.
I've never shopped online with M + S, so don't ask me ! They say that the 10 pounds is already credited to your basket.

As soon as you have £50 worth of goods in your basket the £10 is deducted automatically.
The free p&p code (found on the M&S homepage) can also be used in conjunction with the £10 offer.
