can anyone recall the DEAL that COMET had on their site...???


I was SURE it said Core System + Hard Drive + 2 Games

and its arrived with mem card rather than hard drive, Comet have taken the console page from their website and look like they are set to be selling a different bundle (one game & no mention of mem card/hard drive)

I'm CERTAIN it said hard drive....but have no way of checking

Just rang Argos about the order I placed Yest'day, They said there is a team contacting people about delivery up until 10pm 2night. She then asked when I had placed my order and I told her Thursday and she was surprised as she said there was a waiting list and I should not have been able to order?

She could not track my order and was still looking into it and after 10 min on the phone I ask her to call me back with an up date to if I was going to be allocated one or not.

Will post when I get the call back.

check the email they sent you should confirm whats in your order/bundle

if it was the beginning of the week that you ordered from Comet then I remember it saying memory card.

I ordered the first package - which definitely had the hard drive (and I think around £360), core system and two games - the second package they had on sale (I think this week) had the memory card instead. I know when I rang on Monday to try to sort out my order they offered me the package with the memory card but I said no - it was well over £300 (can't remember the exact amount but included some games as well I think) - and I'd still have to get the hard drive. How much did you pay?

Hi Kamaran, i ordered from Comet's web site on Tuesday.

Got the package with two games and memory card. Didn't hold out much hope of getting the Premium one so thought I would get that one before they sold out.
