Hi All
As a student I ran up an overdraft of 1250 with lloyds which over time has increased to an unauthorised 2k. I wrote to them offering £75 per month and they sent me a form for incomings / outgoings which I sent back around 3 weeks ago and recieved no reply. Last month i paid 150 to the account but the charges keep going on and i've got a letter saying if I dont pay £250 I will get a default.
I really don't have enough for this, and i'm really trying to get myself on track but don't know how to as i'm getting nowhere.
If anyone has any advice i'd really, really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance

Are you in Scotland or England? It is sometimes easier to get interest and charges stopped in Scotland with a DAS (Debt arrangement scheme).
Have you tried contacting one of the free debt charities for advice on what to do next? And have you contacted Lloyds about the form you filled in and what is happening? After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
