Well after submitting my spreadsheet and accompanying invoices from vets etc. common sense has prevailed at the Inland Revenue. I guess after many dealings with the CSA and PCT one tends to tar all public employees with the same brush; so glad I found one employee who could exercise judgement and common sense. Case closed.0
