Anyone know what's being built on the site of old TK Maxx N'Abbey?

I have just been told it might be either a Mothercare or a Sainsburys, anyone know for sure what's going there? Looks like it's going to be big whatever it is. More shops to empty my purse!!!

I also heard it might be Sainsburys although we probably wont know until its built. Be nice if it was something we really need and not too pricey. Whats not too pricey these days ????? Live in hope:j Norn Iron Member 303 :j0

Do we really need a mothercare of that Size LOL. Sainsburys would be good but do we really need another supermarket? What would be good is a john lewis0 -
could be a smyths superstore, they seem to be appearing everywhere!
Then again we dont have a mothercare world here yet............?! the one at Bloomfields is big enough!it takes more energy

It would be great if it was a Smyths would save me going to Boucher Road! I love the Mothercare World at Bloomfield but it just encourages me to spend money. Sainsburys a bit expensive but they have good offers on sometimes. Any mixture of the above 3 shops and I would be happy!0
