hi
i have just started the process of remorgaing with my current morgage provider. i have borrowed extra to cover some home improvements and was asked to send a cheque for 200 for valuation fees.they said this could be added to the morgage but needed to be paid up front and then added onto the morgage, i also have a 299 arragement fee added to loan and a 195 security realise fee. not added to loan , they have already caashed the valuation fee but im wondering if the other monies will also come out of my account or will it just be taken from the loan,. also do they give you any dates if they are taken it from my account first or will i just notice the money gone and then given back on the loan. i hope this all makes sense, i have never done this before but when they said they could add it to the remorgage i just assumed they will take there fees when they realise they money thanks
