Reporting posts without outlook?

Can someone please help me? There's a really hurtfull and condescending post on a thread i'm part of. I've tried to report it but i dont have outlook set up on my laptop. Is there any other way i can report the post?

There uis a little program I think first put on by SRA , that links to yahoo but i can't remember it:o
What i do to report a post (i'm on yahoo) click the report button and copy the subject line and then open yahoo send to abuse and paste the subject line

You can set up your internet browser to default to a different mail programme - I use an off-line reader (not Outlook) and when I click on any mail:to link it opens that OLR>...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

I just have Thunderbird set up to send on a free Gmail account and set as the default mail client. Once done it's simple to report.
