arrs letter/Call fee mortgage charges

Hi Guys,

I have had problems paying my mortgage but it is now all up to date. Is it possible for my claim back my 'Arrears letter' charges ? they (Halifax) also instructed a Solicitor could I get those charges back??

I,m no expert but I very much doubt you can claim these charges back as they are for arrears, I know the couple of times over the years that I've missed a payment they have sent a letter and added an admin charge that they add onto mortgage at end of year but its not unfair as these companies have to make money somehow and it costs them time to send out letters.
