Ulster Bank -self build mortgage

Do Ulster Bank do a self build mortgage or Royal Bank of Scotland. I know they are related.

They do self-build mortgages,l via a company called Build Store They will advance up to 95% on the initial valuation, and during the build process
The real advantage is "cash flow" no bridging nightmares during the build
What I mean, is that monies are advanced. prior to purchase of the land and purchasing materials and paying labour This allows an easy cash flow facility, with funds been released as and when required, Buildstore will help you compile a cash flow schedule with SET valuations at different stages of construction The old system was difficult, as although you might Get 95% of the valuation released at each stage, sometimes the valuation was lower, so the cash flow did not work As such you might be short of funds at a stage
