In our local store there is a bit of paper sellotaped across the coupon slot telling you to ask for the member of staff if using coupons.
I used a coupon at the checkout today and the SA took it without me buying the product.Nevermind the dog, beware of the kids!0 -
You used the £1 MOC from the small Oasis bottles. When you cut them out, the barcode on the outside that is used to charge you the 87p for the bottle is on the opposite side of the barcode for the £1 off. It is very easy for the till op, or the tills, to scan it the wrong way round. Perhaps a little tape over the wrong one would help?
must remember this, have one in my purse still to use0 -

its not exactly end of the world if you can use the coupons
No but it helps if you're on a very low income. I have never tried to use a voucher for anything other than the product it states but nonetheless, I had my Danone Activia vouchers from BzzAgent refused; having been held up at the till by a 16 year old clueless girl whose manager then said that she knew nothing of the offer because Danone hadn't told her. So, Danone are meant to contact thousands of UK retailers any time they want to offer MOCs?0 -
A friendly cashier at my local store told me this policy comes in on Saturday (18th October).
Perhaps they're rolling it out gradually?
Can't find anything about the coupon policy on their website.0 -
