Repayment question

I have two mortgage accounts with Nationwide one main mortgage and a flexible advance mortgae of £7k. When I fixed the main mortgage for 10 years last year they said they could tie my flex advance to it as well. I did this.
The flex advance now shows a redemption fee of £200, I don't mind this as I knew this was a condition. I cannot understand some of the paper work that goes on about being tied to the parent morgage for 10 years etc.
Am I allowed to pay off the flex advance in full as long as I pay the £200 or will they not allow this as it is tied to the main mortgage. Both accounts have their own individual mortgage account numbers?
I tried to call them but after 2 mins of automation to get to morgage redemption it was closed all day, surely they could ahve said that at the start!!?
Thanks for any advice
